What Is a Private Water Taxi?
A Private Water Taxi means:
- The boat is just for you and your group
- No other parties are added
- You get more control over departure time (within our operating hours)
- Best choice if you want privacy, speed, or are traveling as a family or group

What Is a Shared Water Taxi?
A Shared Water Taxi is like carpooling on the water:
- You share the boat with other guests going the same way
- You pay a lower fare per person because you split the cost
- The schedule is set by Dolphin, so we can combine groups
Because the price depends on sharing:
- Your Shared Water Taxi booking is tentative at first
- It is confirmed when we find enough riders for that trip
- If we cannot find enough riders, we will contact you at least 3 days before travel with:
- Upgrade options to make your trip private by paying more, or
- The option to cancel with no fee if you do not want to upgrade, and we still cannot fill the ride within 24 hours of travel
