Book an Air or Water Taxi Between The USVI & BVI

There are no charges for trips cancelled due to weather or maintenance. Other cancellations can be made ONLY by emailing info@dolphinshuttle.com, as this creates a cancellation record for your protection. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled trip, or no-shows are 100% non-refundable and subject to the full value of the ticket price. We authorize Dolphin Water Taxi to charge my credit card and that We have read and understand pricing and cancellation policy.

We understand that Dolphin may or may not charge my card for the transportation on the same date this reservation was made. We authorize Dolphin to charge my card the full amount at any time after making this booking. We also understand that We may cancel for a full refund up until 48 hours in advance of travel and can only do so by email at info@dolphinshuttle.com and must receive a confirmation response confirming the cancelation.

We understand that there is a 5-guest Tortola and 6-guest Virgin Gorda minimum base charge. Dolphin will do everything in her power to meet the minimum required fare and give us the best possible rate. However, we also understand that Dolphin does not guarantee that this will always be possible and that on day prior to travel we will be given the option to pay the minimum or cancel without penalty.

We understand that Dolphin will never sell our information. We acknowledges, agrees, and authorize that any and all booking, passport, payment, or other information provided to Dolphin or its affiliates for the purposes of making a booking is provided voluntarily and Dolphin may use it as they deem appropriate.
