We proudly bring together an outstanding team of 30 culturally diverse staffers ready to serve you. And while we presently fall short of our DEI mission, without any white males on staff, this does not necessarily reflect a lack of Dolphin's commitment to Diversity Equity and Inclusion. We have been diligent in our search to fill vacancies with any qualified males with this lighter skin color, however, we remain a MERIT-BASED employment company. Since 2009 our entire staff has been built with rich, culturally diverse, hard-working individuals based on their high skill sets.
Dolphin employees are hired based on their ability to provide the very BEST in customer service regardless of race, gender, or religious affiliation. Collectively, this team is the primary reason Dolphin Water Taxi has received the award for the best water taxi company in the VI for the last 7 consecutive years. And at the present time, despite some searching, we have been unable to find any qualified non-minorities who meet the high standards Dolphin guests have come to expect.
Dolphin remains steadfast in our commitment to meet DEI standards, so our staffing better reflects the diversity of communities nationwide, which seems to make people feel better and is clearly more politically correct. However, we will not compromise our commitment to excellent customer service for the sake of hiring someone solely based on their white skin color just to check a government box.
